ROYAL BLOOD

I'm sure by now everyone has heard of Royal Blood. An exciting Brighton duo, with loud, rock synth, garage blues and insanely talented tracks, formed only in 2012. With their exciting first album coming out on the 25TH AUGUST (aaargh!) it is definitely something to rave about, tracks such as Little Monster and Hole have been stuck in my head for weeks now and I know they aren't going any where. I recommend to everyone, all of you, everywhere to pick a copy up, you will not be disapointed.
Royal Blood at Finsbury Park
With that said and despite their exciting new album and they're incredible performance at Brit festival Glastonbury (a huge feat in itself) I want to focus on their other recent kick ass performance, you know the one where they support Arctic Monkeys at Finsbury Park London, yeah that one.

It has to be said, with their 6 o'clock start on stage and (in my opinion) obvious miss placement in the line up, I mean who puts Royal Blood on before Tame Impala? I can definitely say it didn't affect them what so ever, they burst on stage and kicked ass. In fact, it's safe to say, they started the night with a bang. Their sounds shocked the obviously unknowing crowd, most around me asking 'who are they?' 'wow they're so good' and other positive comments, probably most being 'fuck yeahs' to be honest. It was clear to see that the crowd were impressed by their talent and quite frankly the amount of noise two men could make, they had the crowd in the palm of their hands. Showing us that they are definitely an act to watch. With their set coming to a close and finishing off with a drum solo by Ben Thatcher and some insane guitar rifts by Kerr it was obvious that these two men were going to make it big, the crowd loved them. I know we're backing you the whole way and looks like this crowd will be too.

MAM expect to see big things from these two, so readers any of you who are two lazy to go to youtube (seriously?) below is Royal Blood - Out of the Black, have a listen and let us know what you think and hopefully we can continue to help make such a talented band grow.

cheers!
